The Hesitation Audit™ — Distinct Vintage LLC

Purchase & Refund Policy

Last updated: March 2026

All sales are final.

Because The Hesitation Audit™ is a custom diagnostic service built entirely around your specific flow, business context, and conversion data, all purchases are non-refundable at the time of sale. No exceptions are made based on timeline, scope changes, or dissatisfaction with findings.

This policy exists because the expertise, analysis, and deliverables are custom-built for you. They cannot be reassigned, resold, or reversed.

Cancellations before work begins

If you need to cancel before your discovery call takes place, your purchase will be converted to a credit toward a future Hesitation Audit™ engagement. Credits do not expire.

To request a cancellation, contact us at info@distinctvintage.com before your scheduled discovery call.

What you can expect in return for your investment

Every Hesitation Audit™ includes five named deliverables — The Signal Report™, The Mindset Map™, The AI & Leverage Map™, The Confidence Blueprint™, and The Proof Plan™ — completed within the delivery window for your tier. Scope is defined at purchase and confirmed during your discovery call.

If Distinct Vintage LLC is unable to complete your audit due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full credit toward a future engagement.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your purchase of and participation in The Hesitation Audit™, offered by Distinct Vintage LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing an audit, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services

The Hesitation Audit™ is a custom conversion diagnostic service. Scope, deliverables, and delivery timelines are defined by the tier purchased and confirmed during your discovery call (where applicable). All work is performed by or under the direction of Distinct Vintage LLC.

Deliverables for every tier include: The Signal Report™, The Mindset Map™, The AI & Leverage Map™, The Confidence Blueprint™, and The Proof Plan™.

3. Client Responsibilities

To complete your audit, we require access to relevant materials including analytics data, funnel conversion information, and product access or screenshots. Timely provision of these materials is your responsibility. Delays in providing required inputs may extend your delivery timeline. Distinct Vintage LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client submissions.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and receipt of full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes. Distinct Vintage LLC retains ownership of all frameworks, methodologies, and underlying intellectual property used in producing your audit. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish deliverables without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials, data, and business information as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver your audit or as required by law. We may reference the engagement in general terms (e.g. industry, flow type, outcome) for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Distinct Vintage LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your audit engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost revenue, lost conversions, or business outcomes resulting from implementation of audit recommendations.

7. No Guarantee of Results

The Hesitation Audit™ provides expert analysis and recommendations based on available data and behavioral evidence. We do not guarantee specific conversion outcomes. Results depend on your team's implementation, business context, and market conditions outside our control.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases are final at the time of sale. If you cancel before your discovery call takes place, your purchase will be converted to a credit toward a future engagement. Credits do not expire. Please refer to our Purchase & Refund Policy for full details.
